Meet the Team
Rusty Wirt
Senior Pastor
Pastor Rusty serves as our Senior Pastor. In this role Pastor Rusty is our lead communicator in our Sunday services. Additionally, he provides oversight and leadership to all of Concord’s Senior Staff. He is responsible for casting the church-wide vision for our ministries in conjunction with the Leadership Team.
Tim Richards
Associate Pastor
Tim serves as pastor of senior adults and discipleship at Concord Church. He has been serving at Concord since June 2019. Tim Richards grew up in rural Southeast Missouri and graduated from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. During almost 40 years as a pastor he has served six churches, three in rural Missouri and three in St. Louis.
Jeff Wells
Online & Missions Pastor
Jeff serves as our Online/Missions Pastor at Concord Church. He has just recently come on staff in August of 2021. Jeff is a St. Louis native having graduated from Kirkwood High School. He earned a Bachelor’s (B.A., Missouri Baptist University), Master’s (M.Ed., University of Missouri – St. Louis).
Stephen Gregory
Worship Pastor
Stephen received his very first “music excellence award” while attending elementary school in his hometown of New Castle, Indiana – an affirmation that inspired his lifelong passion for music and ministry.
Daniel Merrill
Student’s Pastor
Daniel serves as our Student Pastor at Concord Church. He has just recently come on staff in August of 2022. Daniel is from Fort Smith, Arkansas, where He earned a Bachelor’s (B.A in History at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith). He received his Master of Divinity degree at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
